welcome

We live in a world of stories. Throughout the day we play inner dramas before our mind’s eye and with each of these goes a whole set of emotions and behavior – a momentary adjustment to life. And as different images flash before us, so our mood and confidence go through many transformations. These inner films become superimposed one upon another clouding our perceptual lens and increasingly remove us from the here-and-now.

As an experienced psychotherapist I guide you to identify self-defeating projections with the goal of dismantling habitual roles and story lines of the past.

I am trained in a wide variety of treatment modalities that I tailor to your unique needs.  Together we collaborate to relieve you from acting out self-destructive life stories that keep you stuck in perpetual loops of emotional pain , unwanted behaviors and addictions.

Is it time to make a change?
